Community Links

This program focuses on community inclusion and connection , through volunteering, learning new skills, attending social events or participation in sports and/or recreational activities.

Provides support to employ ers and employees who are looking to gain meaningful employment in their community, by exploring their skills, abilities interests and goals.

Supports independent living either alone or with family, a partner or friends. Staff support day to day activities and life skills including: shopping, food preparation, budgeting, social skills, housekeeping and laundry. This program also encourages individuals to access other community support systems.
